Taekwon-Do Slideshow
Martial arts can be preformed by anyone, regardless of age, sex or even fitness levels. Just because you think you cannot do something, does not mean you cannot do a Martial Art. The instructor has seen some people performing excellent moves with only one leg. The instrouctor has seen many black belts in many different shapes and sizes. If you think you are different, chances are, the instructor can still teach you Taekwondo. If you have a disability, where you physically cannot do a certain exercise, the instructor will work with you in the mainstream lessons where you will be helped to rise to your potential. Anyone with a disabity can also learn Taekwondo, such as downsydrome, asperges, cerebral palsy or Autistic trates. Anyone and everyone can join regardless of any disability. Yes, it is understandable that there will be challenges along the way but Taekwondo is a fun packed class where everyone is welcome. The only people who are not welcome are previous students who may have been asked to leave, so far to date, there is no-one banned from the lessons.
What if you feel you are not fit or healthy enough to train?
You do not need to be fit and active to learn Taekwondo, the instructor can tailor the class to suit everyone. The instructor has enough expertise to know when to stop or push you harder.
